MOSES™ Laser

Copper Ridge Surgery Center, Michigan’s state-of-the-art freestanding ambulatory surgery center (ASC), has become the first ASC facility in the northern part of the state to offer same-day treatment of kidney stones and benign enlarged prostate using the MOSES™ Pulse 120H by Lumenis, an advancement in minimally invasive laser technology.

The center’s adoption of the gold-standard equipment was essential to its recent creation of a urology center designed to serve as a hub for care within this specialty in Northern Michigan. In recruiting top regional talent for the new center, Copper Ridge found that many urologists requested the MOSES technology, citing its versatility, speed, accuracy, and efficiency in the performance of lithotripsy for kidney stones and MOSES Vaporization with Xpeeda for benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).

"All of the staff were incredible - particularly the nurses that won over my 4-year old in record time, so that he happily and willingly went back with them for his surgery with no hesitation, and the nursing staff that helped care for him post-op. Truly incredible people!"
