MEDICAL INSURANCE

Copper Ridge Surgery Center works with major insurance carriers. Policies may vary by payer and group. We recommend that you contact your insurance company prior to surgery regarding specific coverage according to your plan. Patient deductible and/or coinsurance amounts may apply.

CRSC will verify your insurance coverage, determine your financial responsibility, if any, and notify you if payment is due on the day of your procedure.  For questions you may call 231-392-8908.


Payment options

CRSC accepts cash, check, money order, and all major credit cards, as well as Care Credit financing.
We also offer Online Bill Pay for your convenience.

payment: what to expect

At registration, on the day of surgery, you will be required to pay the anticipated patient balance (deductible and/or coinsurance). This payment is for the Copper Ridge Surgery Center only. If there is no insurance coverage, payment for your services is required on or before the date of surgery.

Cosmetic Services: payment in full  is required on or before the date of surgery.

Your physician, anesthesiologist and/or other care providers involved in your care will bill separately. If you have questions regarding a physician bill you received from your surgeon's office, please reach out to their office for more information. Questions regarding your anesthesia bill can be directed to Munson Anesthesia Billing: 517-787-6440 extension 4185.
