MEDICAL INSURANCE

Copper Ridge Surgery Center works with major insurance carriers. Policies may vary by payer and group. We recommend you contact your insurance company prior to surgery regarding specific coverage according to your plan. patient deductible and/or coinsurance amounts may apply. 

CRSC will verify your insurance coverage, determine your financial responsibility, if any, and notify you if payment is due on the day of your procedure.  For questions you may call 231-392-8908.

payment: what to expect

At registration, on the day of surgery, you will be required to pay the anticipated patient balance (deductible and coinsurance). This payment is for the Copper Ridge Surgery Center only. Your physician, anesthesiologist and/or other care providers involved in your care will bill separately. If there is no insurance coverage, payment for your services is required on or before the date of surgery.

Payment options

CRSC accepts cash, check, all major credit cards and Care Credit. We also offer Online Bill Pay for your convenience.
